These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Global Admin (“Service Provider”) through the Aascendora digital platform (“Platform”). By purchasing or engaging any service, you (“Client”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Professional Capacity & Legal Status

Global Admin operates as an International Mobility Consultancy specialising in France-related migration and mobility pathways, including administrative and procedural guidance.

Global Admin:

  • Is not acting as a French avocat (lawyer)
  • Is not acting as a licensed migration agent unless separately stated in writing
  • Does not provide legal representation before French authorities 

No solicitor-client, avocat-client, or migration agent-client relationship is created unless expressly agreed in writing under separate regulated engagement.

Services are advisory and consultative in nature only.

2. Scope of Services 

Services may include:

  • Migration pathway assessment for France
  • Student, skilled, family, entrepreneur, and relocation pathway guidance
  • Explanation of French visa categories and administrative procedures
  • Administrative document guidance

All final decisions rest exclusively with French authorities or relevant institutions.

3. Platform-Based Engagement 

All services must be conducted exclusively through the Aascendora Platform.

  • Communication must occur via platform messaging or approved tools.
  • Payments are processed via escrow.
  • Services commence only upon confirmed payment.
  • Funds are released upon service delivery confirmation.

Off-platform payments, side agreements, or external arrangements are strictly prohibited.

4. Fees, Escrow & Refunds

  • All fees are clearly published prior to purchase.
  • No hidden fees apply.
  • Refunds are strictly governed by the published refund policy.
  • No refund shall be issued for services delivered, partially delivered, or delayed due to Client non-compliance.
  • Escrow terms are governed by Aascendora policies.

The Platform may deduct transaction-based commissions in accordance with its own terms.

5. Client Representations & Obligations

The Client warrants that:

  • All information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete
  • All documents submitted are authentic
  • No material facts are withheld
  • All deadlines and procedural requirements are respected

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

The Client remains solely responsible for the content and accuracy of all applications submitted to French authorities.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

Global Admin makes no representation or warranty regarding:

  • Visa approvals
  • Residence permits
  • Naturalisation outcomes
  • Processing times
  • Institutional decisions

Migration and administrative decisions are discretionary and subject to change under French law.

7. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The total liability of Global Admin Visa France shall not exceed the professional fees paid for the specific service purchased.
  • Global Admin Visa France shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, financial, reputational, or opportunity losses.
  • Global Admin Visa France shall not be liable for delays, refusals, or policy changes by French authorities.

No liability arises from Client misrepresentation, omission, or non-compliance.

8. Data Protection

Client data is processed exclusively through the Aascendora Platform.

The Client consents to:

  • Secure processing of personal data
  • Sharing of necessary information with French institutions or authorities where required

Global Admin Visa France does not assume responsibility for third-party data handling once transmitted to authorities.

9. Termination of Services

Global Admin reserves the right to terminate services without refund where:

  • False or misleading information is provided
  • Platform rules are breached
  • Abusive or inappropriate conduct occurs
  • Legal or ethical concerns arise

10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Commonwealth of Australia.

Any dispute arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating jurisdiction in France or establishing Global Admin Visa France as operating under French legal representation regulations.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Global Admin Visa France and the Client in relation to services delivered through the Platform.

12. Acknowledgment

By purchasing any service through Aascendora, the Client:

  • Confirms understanding of the consultative nature of services
  • Accepts the absence of guarantees
  • Agrees to platform-based engagement
  • Accepts liability limitations
  • Agrees to Australian governing law
