Scope of Service:
Mobility consultation (up to 2 hours in total) to explain the employer-sponsored framework and process
Identification of the appropriate work authorisation and residence permit pathway
Tailored document checklist for both employer and employee
Administrative review of supporting documents for completeness and consistency
Application pack preparation and submission guidance
Coordination with employer/HR for required corporate documentation
Procedural follow-ups within the defined scope of service until submission or case closure

Pricing:
Service fees are subject to change and exclude all government charges, including work authorisation fees, visa fees, residence permit fees, and stamp duties (timbres fiscaux), which remain payable directly by the employer or applicant, as applicable.

Service delivery is on a best-efforts basis. The employer and applicant remain responsible for the accuracy of information provided, timely submission, attendance at appointments, and ongoing compliance with French immigration and employment regulations.
