We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, drive engagement, and strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms.
This role requires a balance of strategic planning, content leadership, and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on performance, innovation, and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Manage and optimize content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Lead content planning, creation, and publishing calendars
- Analyze performance metrics and drive data-informed improvements
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for growth and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Manage and mentor junior team members or contributors
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Proven ability to create engaging and high-quality content
- Experience in strategy development and campaign execution
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
