Who We Are Looking For
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
- Confident working with Islandewide, international Professionnals and clients and multicultural teams
- Able to handle pressure, deadlines, and fast‑changing priorities
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English (compulsory)
- Tamil and any other foreign language skills are considered an advantage
- Tech‑savvy and familiar with digital tools
- Professional, reliable, and able to work in team
- Curious about global markets, business trends, and cross‑border partnerships
Responsibilities
- Lead generation and market research (Sri Lanka + overseas)
- Cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Support partnership development in Asia, Europe, Australia, Middle East & Canada
- Schedule and coordinate cross‑time‑zone meetings
- Maintain CRM systems and follow‑up pipelines
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and reports
- Collaborate with marketing for international campaigns
- Work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Multicultural & Multi‑Country Exposure
- You will interact with professionals from:
- Islandwide, Asia, Euorpe, Australia, Middle East, United Kingdom and Canada
