The Assistant Senior Manager Intern supports the Senior Manager in daily coordination, administrative tasks, basic reporting, and team follow‑up. The role helps ensure smooth operations, organizes information, assists communication across departments, and contributes to small management tasks within a digital, international workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support: Documentation, scheduling, follow‑ups
  • Operational assistance: Help monitor workflow and task progress
  • Reporting: Collect data and prepare simple reports
  • Communication support: Assist with internal messages and coordination
  • Administrative Assistance: Manage basic documentation, scheduling, filing, and preparation of internal records
  • Meeting Preparation: Organize agendas, take notes, and support follow‑up actions after meetings
  • Project Assistance: Contribute to small operational projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are monitored
  • Monitor overdue accounts
  • Coordinate daily office tasks

Must Have

  • Studying Business/Management or related field
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  •  Good communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to Learn
  • Demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and positive interaction with every employee, regardless of role or department
