Admin Manager (Offshore)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Manager to support a professional employer customer based in Australia. This fully remote position is ideal for offshore candidates with strong administrative and financial processing skills who can accurately manage billing, invoicing, and order processing tasks while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely invoicing, and supporting daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities

    • Process and accurately enter all sales orders into the company system
    • Manage communication channels including email, messaging platforms, and internal systems
    • Create, prepare and update customer quotations as requested by the sales or management team
    • Generate and send invoices in a timely and accurate manner
    • Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
    • Coordinate and assist with daily office and administrative tasks.
    • Ensure all financial data is entered and maintained with a high level of accuracy
    • Support internal teams by providing billing updates and order status when required 
    • Assist in improving administrative workflows and documentation processes 

Must Have

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,   Outlook) or similar productivity tools

 Strong organizational and time-management skills

 Ability to work independently in a remote environment

 Previous experience in billing, invoicing, accounting   support, or administrative roles.

 Good written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM systems or sales order management platforms
  • Background in customer support or office coordination
  • Familiarity with accounting or invoicing software
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principle
