Process

Step 1 – Pre-Screening Call (Day 1–3)  

A short 10–15 minute phone or video interview to assess English communication, housekeeping experience, and relocation readiness.

Aascendora confirms candidate eligibility under New Zealand immigration requirements.

Step 2 – Virtual Interview (Day 3–5)  

Conducted via Zoom or Google Meet with the Aascendora recruitment panel.

Discussion includes work history, role expectations, and cultural adjustment support.

Candidates may be asked to submit references or short video introductions.

Step 3 – Client Interview (Day 6–8)

Selected applicants attend a final interview with the New Zealand client (virtual or onsite).

May include practical or scenario-based questions related to hospitality standards.

Step 4 – Offer & Visa Support (Day 9–12)

Successful candidates receive a formal offer within 4 days after the final interview.

Aascendora assists with employment documentation, relocation guidance, and visa coordination in partnership with accredited New Zealand migration advisors.

Approximately 10–14 days from application to offer, depending on international verification and visa processing time.
